Trauma-Informed Coach & Facilitator

As a trauma-informed coach, Rhonda is passionate about helping women find freedom within their own stories.

Her approach gently integrates emotional awareness, nervous system understanding, and compassionate reflection, creating space for both honesty and healing.

Rhonda will guide participants through moments of reflection, helping you safely explore what you’ve been carrying and what it might look like to begin releasing it.

Her heart is simple: to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and reminded that even here… you are still qualified for more.
