When all you need is time to reset.
We've made a place for you.

For those who carry full schedules and busy minds, Sacred Space is an evening designed to slow you down and help you reconnect internally.

With live music and a guiding host, you’ll have a place to breathe and restore your nervous system. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter and clearer in purpose again.

Perfectly timed for Spring, we intentionally hold Sacred Space events at the start of each quarter. The evening offers a rare pause to step away from the pace of daily life and prepare for what's coming.

"The Sacred Space event was the perfect combination of movement, breath work and a time to journal. The peaceful environment was created by beautiful music which relaxed my mind, body and soul."
