SACRED SPACE

Doors will open at 5:45pm and we'll begin at 6pm. We encourage you to arrive before 6pm to settle in comfortably.

Please bring a small blanket for the breathing and soaking portion of the session, during which you’ll be lying down. 

You can also bring a water bottle and a notebook with a pen or pencil. No technology please.

Freely wear whatever feels comfortable for gentle movement and lying down. The location is quite spacious, so feel free to wear layers.

Yoga mats, chairs and bolsters will be provided for your support.

To enhance your experience — and that of your fellow participants — we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:

• Arrive gently: Once inside the Sacred Space, we invite you to keep a mindful volume, allowing yourself to down-regulate and arrive fully before we begin.
  
  
• Honor the silence: When the experience begins and the lights gently dim, we invite silence to become our shared language.
  
  
• Disconnect to reconnect: Please place phones on silent and refrain from taking photos or video during the experience.
  
  
• Cultivate connection: You’re welcome to introduce yourself to fellow guests and embrace the opportunity to connect in a spirit of openness and mutual support.
